I'm not quite sure what you mean. If you want your comments to stand out in your channel, you can just pin them. If you are looking for them to stand out in videos that aren't yours, I would suggest using a few relevant smilies :):party: etc.). And, of course, be sure to proofread.
(I'm pretty new at this, so if anyone has any better ideas, please say.)
I hope this helps!

First off... if you have concerns about being deleted then this is a deeper issue than just trying to make a comment stand out. If you are getting deleted it is because you are offering something that is completely unwelcome for that creator; you are being rude or distasteful in the things you say or you are simply trying to rake subscribers from their channel and are thereby providing zero value. If that is the case stop it; it's a bad look and will get you reported.

There is actually some strategy to leaving comments on other peoples videos. You need to watch their video. Don't just pop into the comments with the hopes of stealing subscribers. Make a thorough, educated comment regarding the video that they posted and be appreciative and respectful of the work they put into it. Maybe ask a question. It helps to write a longer post but again, keep it relevant to the video/creator. In the midst of this comment that is catered and focused directly on the creator/video it is ok to make a small comparison or mention of your channel/video if that adds something to the conversation.

This way of writing a comment does several things for you; it shows that you are a fan of the creator and their work so that they not only won't delete your comment... they'll engage. This engagement gives you some degree of authority on the subject and other commenters who see this may consider taking a look at our channel as a result. Don't expect big numbers... but you can expect active, engaging viewers when they do jump over.
