Question Question about Promo Materials from Copy to clipboard

I am THRILLED (yes, notice the ALL CAPS emphasis) with the video Mr. Batel produced about the Promo Materials (lower right bull horn icon) where we can copy the URL and also get a copy of the thumbnail.

I've been using it for a few days and love it!

I want to share this concept with others, however, I would like to know if it is available on the free version or only on paid. If it is only on paid, which levels have it? I have a Legend account and love it.
