May I know what issue you're facing exactly? As per the latest RBI guidelines, the TB payment method has been tweaked for users in India so that they can make the payments and enjoy the benefits of TuebBuddy.

The forms of payment that we can accept are as follows:

1. Credit card
2. Paypal (Must have a card on file within PayPal)
3. Mastercard Debit Card
4. Bankamericard/Visa Debit Card

Once you go to our website you will find the below pop-up If you're from India -

Just click on "Non-recurring Payment Options" and once you have done that, you will be redirected to Pay as you go payment options/Non recurring payment options or signs up, which you can use for upgrading or signing up for the TubeBuddy License.

If your issue still persist after checking the above, you might have to contact your bank and give them a standing instruction or get it approved for the same to allow your card be used at Merchant webstie (TubeBuddy in this case) and If it still doesn't work, as mentioned by Matt above, you can just contact our Support team here - support@tubebuddy.com
