TubeBuddy Forum Suggestion GIF Profile Avatars

Hello Tubebuddies! It's been in my head for a long time to suggest this and now I have the opportunity to do so.

Suggestion Name: GIF Profile Avatars/GIF Profile Pictures
Suggestion Description: As the name suggests, It'd be so great to have the ability to use GIF images as your Forum Avatar. I noticed that as of now our avatar profile pictures are limited to .png, .jpg or any other format which isn't gif.
Any example images: Something like this
Why should it be added?: The only reason I can think of as to why it should be added is that it'd look really cool to have such a feature on our Forums that allows people to use the GIF images as their profile picture (Which should be related to their Channel/Forum Name) only. Most of the online community forums have added such features which allow their members to use such options, If we add such a feature, it'd be a great add on to our community forums overall.

The general idea is good in a technical sense to give more flexibility but people abuse these animated gif avatars. And what ends up happening is it cheapens and cheeses the look of a forum. I see people do all kinds of goofy things which gives everyone involved a bad impression.

I may be the lone voice but I believe these forums need to become a bit more elevated. I am not trying to elitist but at the same time, it can't be a free for all which includes animated avatars.

However, if TB tried it and if it starts making the forum look goofy and unprofessional, it could be deactivated.

Thanks for the input. Indeed, If people start abusing such GIF avatars, severe consequences will indeed take place moreover, I believe If we implement this in future we might as well tweak our Forum rules about the GIF images just to make sure that people are aware of what is expected from them. The gif images for their profile avatars should either be their name or their channel name or anything which is related to their channel or username, anything else which is off-topic or anything which breaches the rule, necessary action will be taken to prevent.

Maybe it will be a feature that will be unlocked for people who've got more than 100 posts, am not sure how we'll be implementing but indeed we will make sure that people are aware of what they can use and what they can't. But I still believe that this feature will be a great add-on to allow our users to get some more personalization.
