Views And Subscribers

I'm afraid that our channel is dying because we have lost over 500 subs and views on videos are down even though I'm doing the videos people wanted what do I do!

Don't worry to much as YouTube does do clean outs of inactive and bot accounts so that's what could of been but I'd also say just keep working on your content as it will improve in time everyone goes through ups and downs on YouTube

Who are these 'People' and what sets them up as the supposed 'Voice of the community?' If you have 700 subscribers and 3 people make it a point to comment about the type of content they think you should be making then they don't really speak for the majority of your audience and you need to be mindful of the bigger picture.
