I've been making shorts because they're fun to do with creepy stuff and people are liking them. My shorts that are in restricted mode stop around 50 to 60 views. The ones that are not in restricted mode from the beginning are getting about 1K views or more. The ones that I was able to get out of restricted mode after filling out the form are somewhere around 500 views.
Yes, it makes a big difference. i'm going to fight this thing until youtube actually gets a clue they are hurting people unintentionally with it and allowing service providers to squelch people unnecessarily.
