This is one of the most commonly asked questions and there is no straight forward answer to this since YouTube is a marathon not a sprint.
The things you look at are SEO, thumbnail design, title, description, keywords etc.
This is an amazing post by @Stanley | Team TB on how to grow views and subs but I'd also say check out the TubeBuddy YT channel as there is material on there as well.
