YouTube Help End screen cut off in YouTube

Hello fellow Tube Buddies,
My end screen in YouTube suddenly is partly cut off at the top, so I cannot slide my playlist/video promos flush with the top or side of the box, and I cannot seem to fix this. My YT end screens had always worked fine before this. Have any of you experienced this and/or have a solution. Couldn't find anything on YT about this issue.

Updating my post below, the end screen in YouTube is cropped/cut off in a way so I cannot fit my playlist/video icons into the end screen box -- the shortened screen causes the icons to partially block the main image and it looks bad. This began a few weeks ago, can't find anything on YT about it or how to solve it. Appreciate any feedback at all on this. Posting another shot of this problem.
