Just consistency, high quality content, SEO optimization, Thumbnail design, Titles, Descriptions and the list goes on.
Looking at your channel it's off to a good start and as always improvements.
Looking at your videos I've noticed a few things.
  • Tags are little to none existent (they do help show your video to the right audience)
  • Description is there in someway but doesn't captivate the attention of the audience or explain what it's about instead it's just jumping right into the recipe etc

You got to be consistent. If you post once a month, make sure you post once a month. If you post once a day, make sure you're consistent. This will tell YouTube how you post and help it determine how to show you videos to others.

You need to focus on your analytics, see what works and what doesn't. Experiment and do A/B testing. Google that to determine how to do it.

Practice the very basic SEO and master titles and thumbnails, again A/B test to see what works and what doesn't.

Most of all, you need to focus on your reputation and authority in your niche. Join communities and build relationships. Grow YOURSELF!
