Answered My Comment Managment for TubeBuddy is missing

When I go to manage comments, I don't see the TubeBuddy icon. I can't filter using TubeBuddy. I can't format comments. Here is a screenshot of what I am seeing.

Shouldn't there be a TubeBuddy logo right above where the comments are?

The emblem is grayed out... but you should still be able to click on it and get your canned response options... if that is not working for you please send us an email to tubebuddy.com/support and we will have a developer take a look for you.

I see a TB icon on your screenshot to the bottom right of each comment where the thumbs up and thumbs down row are.

Yes! I see that now. It's grayed out. It's for canned responses. Shouldn't I see something for formatting comments and a way to filter them also? The other screenshots I've seen and the videos I've looked at show a big red TubeBuddy icon in the middle of the page.

No. It's definitely not my internet which is rock solid and I use all day every day.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled the Chrome plugin for TubeBuddy.
