Do you think that posting more than one video a day is a good idea?

I think that depends on many factors. Are you posting several (2+) videos a day every day? If so, then yes it is a good idea, because you are constantly uploading content. Are you posting several videos on one day and then not uploading for a month? Probably not a great idea. Do you have a large following? If you have a large following then, in my opinion, it doesn't matter how many videos or how often you post, because people will want to watch your videos. If you are starting out and aren't making much content, then I would definitely recommend posting every few days or so, instead of posting everything on one day. This way it spreads your content out and gives people more times that they will get to see your content as new on YouTube. I hope that makes sense. I definitely understand wanting to post a lot of videos all on one day! Sometimes when I "bulk film" then I want to go ahead and get everything out without waiting!

Unless you are in a very exceptional situation or doing it for a very specific purpose, I think most Ytubers would advise against posting multiple times per day. It is better to space them out a bit even if it is "only" one video per day (which is a huge feat in itself).
