Far as I know there is no "fixing" it. You got a strike, and you need to try not to get anymore. It is very important to make your own content.

If you think the strike was an error, you can appeal it. If it was legitimate, it will stay on your account for 90 days. If you get three strikes in 90 days, your account will be permanently deleted. If you do not get any more strikes in 90 days, the strike will drop off.
