YouTube Question Is this against the terms of service regarding porn? and how to report it?

I was looking at some videos on the subject of the video I'm working on and came upon a video with random, an unnecessary visual of a couple having sex 'doggie style' so you can only see the in and out action-no private body parts exposed. I tried to report it, but I don't get it. First, it says to pick one from the list, but when I click on sexually explicit content it' shows another list that isn't clickable. Is it enough to just click the 'sex' category or how to do it? Anyway, this is the link,
View: https://youtu.be/khn9xGSYZx0
and it's at about 3 minutes. Actually, most of the ten things not to do in Nepal were mostly wrong and outdated. I'm more offended by the misleading content, but that was just over the top.

Not sure on how to report it... I have never looked into how to report a video. It looks like the 2nd list has radio buttons to click.

But the entire video is garbage. I never watch any vid with that horrid computer voice. This looks like it was just a bad blog post, or wiki page, and they automated the voice. Lazy video making is inexcusable.

Click the three dots at the bottom right of the video box.

Then click on Sexual Content.

I think that's exactly what they did. I want the video taken down not only because of the porn issue but it puts Nepal in a bad light on several of his points. You gave me an idea. I can do a debunking video and get views from hashtagging his channel name. I think I'll post a question on ways to do that and not get a copyright strike. I hate seeing crappy videos getting so many views. Nepal is a scary country as it is. We don't need anyone to exaggerate it. It's really beautiful, but a bit rough.
