The writing does not pop out, it is kind of difficult to read.

You should experiment with the brighter colors to find one you like. I would move the items from behind the text because they are very bright. You can also try white text too. It is a good design otherwise.

I get the concept, but it's difficult to make out. Here's how I'd improve it:

1. Move the gems from behind the text to the sides so your background is a solid color
2. Remove the transparency from the red
3. Add a white inner glow to the text
4. Add a small white outline to the 4 icons below the text
