The only way is persistence and continuing to create high quality content etc as YouTube isn't a sprint it's a marathon. On average it's around 151 videos but just hang in there you'll get there.

After a quick glance at your channel, it looks like you're uploading consistently which is good. You don't seem to be little or no tags on videos and your channel. These are what help you show up in searches. Do some keyword research on the target tags you're looking for. Make sure you use the target keywords in titles and descriptions as well.

Are you promoting your videos on social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook? This helps you reach a broader audience. Use some keywords relating to your video here too.

TubeBuddy has a built-in tool for this that helps with these. Use the Best Practices Setup checklist as well to help with new uploads.

My 2 cents; focus on the 4,000 watch hours. Doing so inherently causes you to improve your videos and get people watching. That in turn is going to get people to subscribe.

Getting 1,000 subscribers is actually not as hard as it sounds, but if you focus on that it will not inherently get you your 4,000 hours.

I have seen hundreds of channels over the years focus so much on the 1,000 subscribers that they finally hit it... only to spend years trying to actually get these viewers to watch videos. They never focused on what was actually important; learning, growing and improving their videos so that people wanted to watch!

I have taken this to heart. You and other YTuber advisors I respect say the same thing. Focus on the watch hours and the subscribers will come along. My subscriber count continues to lag behind my watch hours but I am definitely making sure I do everything I can to improve and increase watch hours.

Ask for subscribers.... but don't expect too much when you reach the 1k/4k goal... ad revenue is pretty dismal for the most part
Well, I would disagree, why are they going to subscribe just because you ask them. It depends on where you ask them. If you're just running around the internet asking people everywhere you possibly can, thats just going to get you unpopularity in those groups as you'll look like you're begging and not willing to put in the work. If you ask them at the beginning of the video, those viewers won't have any reason to subscribe and so they might just end up leaving the video as you aren't giving them what they came for, which will actually be setting you backwards. If you're going to stop and ask them at all, its better to do it in the middle or towards the end, as the viewers who will actually hear that are the ones who are actually enjoying the content and/or finding value in it, so they're the ones who might actually subscribe, although so should still keep it short, so it doesn't interrupt the video.

Le seul moyen est de persévérer et de continuer à créer du contenu de haute qualité, etc., car YouTube n'est pas un sprint, c'est un marathon. En moyenne, il y a environ 151 vidéos, mais accrochez-vous, vous y arriverez.

I think you've set too high of a goal for yourself and it's burning you out in the process.

Instead of setting a goal to get to a point to get accepted into the YT Partner Program, with under 200 subscribers, why not set smaller goals to work up to your larger overall goal?

Why not try to 300 subs first and then 500 and then 800 and then 1,000.

The same goes for watch-time.

Now to the fun stuff - what you have to do to achieve these goals. First off, know you have to work and you might have to work hard pending your niche. You always get what you pay for and you're paying with your passion to work.

If you fail, don't struggle with it. Embrace and learn to love failure. Really. Of all the times I have failed at my niches, I'm able to take that failure and turn it into content because I teach about those things. I'm really into social media marketing and digital marketing, when I fail, I get to show others what not to do. That really isn't failure in the end, its a win.

But on to the good stuff...

1. Establish yourself on social media. What is your niche? Find those communities. Join those communities. Be really active on those communities. Make a lot of friends, help others as much as you can, and be as friendly as possible. Make yourself a likeable figure. The better liked you are, the easier it will be to ask someone to check out your videos. Create your own community on social as well, promoting on your own communities will also be easier. But you MUST put in the time to market YOURSELF.

2. Find other communities and videos on YT related to your niche. Search for them based on keywords YOU target for! Those are the folks you want, right? Start engaging with video creators and their followers. Do as I said above, be nice, be helpful, ask questions that make folks want to answer. They'll take notice and start checking your videos out.

3. Your video creation strategy matters! You need to be consistent on how often you post. You need to create quality content that isn't just copy of everything else. You need to reply to every comment made on your videos. With less than 200 subs, I bet you can do that. Reply with an answer and then ask a question, get engagement going.

Do those things and you'll grow in no time but stop giving yourself goals that are going to take so long that is burns your out.

And most importantly, remember what I said about failure, learn to love it-its a learning opportunity :)
