The only way to continue to create high quality content which you and your audience will enjoy. Those that enjoy your content will stay subbed and watch your content while those that are just there for subs etc will leave so just remember YouTube is a marathon not a sprint along with having 5 actives subs compared to the 95 inactive subs.

That's just what I think but just continue on with your content quality and improve on it along with Thumbnail design, SEO optimization etc and you'll see subs come in time.

P.S Never EVER do Sub4Subs cause that is against YouTubes Terms and Services and it will impact you getting monetization, YT play buttons etc so just don't give into the urge.

Who is "everyone"? I think you are dealing with the lower echelon's of brainpower or ethics.

YT is entirely voluntary whether you are a content creator or viewer. You can't prevent anyone from leaving. You encourage them to stay by providing "value."

And very few people are going to teach you from Ground Zero. People who need to learn from scratch should go to the YT Creators Academy. It is a great place for the stone-cold beginner.

It really is not effective to come here and ask such an open-ended request "I need help. / I need tips". That is simply way too broad. You ask a broad question, you will receive a broad answer.

Without more info, my broad based answer who want to learn should just go to the YT Creators Academy.

Let them leave. We can't prevent anyone who decided to unsub our channel. Though I know it hurts to lose a subscriber.
But if they are asking for sub4sub, you just have to let them leave.
What you want is real subs. They're not real subs.

I wouldn't join any sub4sub activity. Most of them will be inactive and not watch your content.
I also personally think that many unsubscribe once they get your sub for their channel (probably don't unsub immediately so you don't notice).
More than trying to get X number of subs, I would focus more on creating content that will make people want to stay.
VIEW numbers are more important than SUBSCRIBER numbers.

If I may add my 2 cents here. If you're frustrated because you believe you might be doing something wrong then perhaps you should focus on looking at your analytics and trying to figure out if there might be something you can change or improve on. Remember, the goal is to keep improving to provide better content. YouTube changes all the time thus you have to change with it.

Think of it this way. Look at yourself as a viewer and see how your own tastes in content changes. What entertains you today may not work tomorrow. It might get boring, stale. So you look somewhere else for fresh, new content. This is how most viewers work. I know cause these days I watch content I never watched before and what I used to watch I only see occasionally now.
