Question Issue with the Trends Feature

Hi everyone,

I seem to have an issue with the trends feature. Whatever keyword I use in the Keyword explorer, the data is not showing(check the screenshot).
If I however on that box it says trends.google.com refused to connect.
Did anyone face this same issue? How did you fix it?
