Answered A/B Testing - Unable to upload new thumbnail

Hi.
When uploading a new thumbnail for A/B testing the spinner keeps going around and never uploads it. I have tried using both Chrome and Firefox browsers with no luck. Seems to be a TubeBuddy technical. Help!
