Answered Keyword research in Italian?

Keyword research always returns global results. But I need data specific to the Italian language.
Many keywords, for example app names, are the same in both languages, so I get useless results.

Is there a way to restrict search to my language?

There is not a way to restrict search results to a single language... but the same holds true for YouTube in general. This may not be very helpful but be mindful that the results you are seeing are the exact same results and data that YouTube would be populating if you were to use those terms in your metadata.
