Just passed 1000 mark so now we want to get serious on our approach! What next?

We started in February 2020 and been working tirelessly on our channel, experimenting and learning about Youtube. Now we want to expand our reach and have a more professional outlook moving forward. The questions are how would you reach more people and what would you do to maximise your channels appeal?

The best advice I can give is study those analytics like a crystal ball and see what they tell you. Who's watching more, men or women? What age ranges are watching most? What country? At what point are you losing some of your viewers in the video? Can you change it to see if they stay longer? Can the thumbnails be improved to be more eye catching? Do some research and find out where is your content more popular and focus on those areas for promotion. Targeted tags and such.
