How many post should i have per week to really grow my channel?

There is no straight forward answer since everyone is different and YouTube is a Marathon not a sprint. You should focus on quality over quantity so if you only produce one video then that's fine but if you can do more then that is fine just find what works for you as if you make videos of a high quality then the growth will come naturally.
