There are a lot of factors that can affect the revenue. The raw views may be about the same, but are there as many ads, and where are the views coming from? Ads are auctioned off - how many ads are you getting? Ad views from different countries are worth more than others. Where are your views coming from?
I have months with more views but less money, I looked into it and found that when the majority of my views come from the Philippines my revenue drops. I can get less views overall, but more US views and my revenue increases (US and PIs are my main countries). US ads pay a lot more than PI ads.
