I am curious how do you post TEXT AND GRAPHICS ON YouTube, ( like the screenshot below)

You can take that screenshot and upload it into most video editors. It then becomes part of the overall video. Generally you can resize and reposition that screenshot as you need to create the effect you want.

Right now my son uses Camtasia.. but I actually meant WHERE do you post text on YouTube..but I just saw another post that says that it's the Community Tab.
