My home country is Philippines but residing in Qatar. My problem is 45% of my viewers are arabic language and only 10% from my home country which is my target viewer. Thank you in advance for the advice.

No... there is more to your question than I can get into without writing an entire novel but long story short this will not affect your viewers.
