Question how does the application on this forum work??

hi, I'm new to this app, just joined this forum..., I'm quite confused about how to use this app.. can anyone help me? how does this work.
my name is sudin barakatak. I also have youtube, but my youtube is not very developed. very happy if anyone can petrify and explain to me. I come from Indonesia.
