I just got a sponsored upgrade and I intended to post a video for my first task, yet I was told to summit it to their mail: support@tubebuddy.com and I haven't recieved a reply yet. Does it really takes long to review the video?

It can take a couple of days to review the video... that is really dependent on how many emails support has (and at the moment there are a few).
