Welcome @Alexthebrandmaster, sorry but I don't think there is no guiding. People will offer to answer some questions from you when you're stuck on an issue but other than that it's up to you to learn how to build your channel. That's really the only way you're going to succeed because YOUR the one who has to fun it, create thumbnails, content, come up with ideas, pick a niche, etc.

Jump onto YouTube and start learning would be my best advice.
