Answered Tubebuddy login for staff

Hi there,

I'm trying to grant access to a staff member in Tubebuddy. However, as the login is connected to Google, this doesn't seem possible??

Is there a workaround?

You do have the ability to allow Channel Managers to access your TubeBuddy tools while in YouTube studio... if you email us at support@tubebuddy.com I can provide you with literature on how to do so.

Hi Scott!

Question for you: what level of license are you currently on?
Adding team members requires the legend level license and here is link that shows you a bit more about how to achieve this inside of the tubebuddy.com account area → https://www.tubebuddy.com/tools#channelaccess

Like @Shelly Saves the Day mentioned, you'll need to have a Legend Plan for your account in order to share access to your TubeBuddy account.
