Welcome to TubeBuddy. Seeing you're trying to build a technology channel you have A LOT of competition out there and when you get to doing some keyword research with TubeBuddy I'm sure you'll see that and exactly who they are. So my best advice for you right now would be "get creating videos" because you are going to need a large video count to even compete with the top channels out there. Focus on "long-tail" keywords and the main keywords will take care of themselves. There is no way you'll be able to compete with the top keywords when just starting out but long-tail will get you there if you rank well for them.
