As far as the discrepancy between these two I would like to investigate this further. Can you please send this screenshot to support@tubebuddy.com so we can look into it?

You really want to lean more into the weighted results for your keyword research. Unweighted means that you are getting the base results for YouTube, period. But weighted results take into account your channel's performance for these keywords in previous videos, which is something that YouTube does as well when determining your videos rank in search.
