You'll have to have a look at your analytics and go from there as that will give you a good indication of why you have a very low view rate. Also I would recommend looking at SEO, Thumbnail optimization and focusing on Quality over Quantity.

You are thinking about this all wrong... you have 7,000+ views with only 25 videos. That is a solid showing. Your growth will have ups and downs, just be sure to capitalize on the positive growth aspects that you come across and learn from the things that don't work. After 250 videos you will have experienced some serious growth at this rate!
