I'm not sure where you get that time frame from. I have several videos that are 45 minutes or more. Unless you are looking at my #shorts videos. I only have 3 of those. I make tutorials on how to crochet amigurumi, they can be over an hour at times.

On new release videos my average is 65%. After a while they all kind of settle around 50%. I care more for percentage than actual time. 5 minutes on an 8 minute vid is good. 5 minutes on 60 minute vids is bad. I only track the percentage.

It depends on which video I'm doing like if it's a video in The Kitchen it ranges from 1:30mins - 2 minutes and less for gaming atm.
