I cannot upload thumbnail in the step3.
the jpg file that I want to select is grey out.

My thumbnail size is 1.2mb with dimension 1280x720

Anyone can help?

@Stanley Orchard Thoughts? Thumbnail requirements are managed by YouTube, not TubeBuddy so I suspect it is a YouTube issue, not a TubeBudy issue. Wonder if you have heard anything?

I'm not quite understanding your question but which app are you using? I use canva to make my Thumbnails so the size is already customised as I just type YouTube Thumbnail and it gives me templates. Sometimes I have to resize my photos to paste on the templates etc. I don't know if that helps.

yes... i think your thumbnail is too big. resize it or use canva template or picmonkey
