Need Advice Getting views and likes but no subscribers

One of my views has about 2,000 views and anyone in almost at 2,000. IΓÇÖm getting likes also but not to many subscribers. Any advice I can use to get people to subscribe?

Even im gong through same :/ The Views that get are from Current subs only, rearly any organic subs
