I made a video on how to modify the surface of hard to bond plastics. This includes most 3D printed plastics. The technique is well established within industry. It is called blow or gliding arc pretreatment. The problem is it includes high voltage and you could hurt yourself; even kill yourself.

I used parts that are sold all over the internet for making arcs and for Jacobs ladders.

You can hurt yourself with a table saw, a car or a simple match but I sure would feel bad if someone got hurt.

Will it prevented me from getting monitized?

Any thoughts?

I'm pretty sure he means stating how dangerous this content can be in your disclaimer and throughout the video. You should also consider making this video not for children. In case you need more details here's YouTube's policies on dangerous content.
