Thumbnail Feedback Is this really uninviting?

I have two videos with a somewhat similar thumbnail look. The first one is near to 3k views and I uploaded it less than a month ago, but the newer one has 0.0% click through rate and just 2 views in over 2 days now, which is completely atypical even for my small channel.

Having that said, is this thumbnail really that uninviting ?

I wouldn't say the thumbnail is uninviting, it looks good how it is. One tip I would make the box around the word "the best watches for Dad" the same as the section below!
