Hi would like to know your strategies to get More Youtube Subscribers or any
important youtube settings I should consider?
also where can we post our youtube subscribe link?
can we post our youtube subscribe link in our pinned comment?
any other places where we can share our youtube subscribe link?
I dont see anyone sharing their youtube subscribe link in the pinned comment
is there any reason for that?

Also my youtube subscribe link that ends with sub_confirmation=1 is verylong
will be the link clickable on all devices? or should I use a url shortener?

Seen many big channels using a url shortener to share the youtube subscribe link (not

You can go to bitly.com to shorten your URLS.
I believe that your URL is clickable on any device but I think it is much better to click something shorter...I mean it's intimidating to see a very long URL.
As for the subscribers, I don't know man. Maybe if people watching your channel find your content entertaining or interesting they might subscribe

4 - Would you watch your own video until the end?

As many have already pointed out, create good content. I will add this. Forget subscribers. Subscribers are just a number. A means to qualify for the YouTube Partner Program to monetize your channel. But subs mean nothing if you can't get ppl to watch your videos.

Focus on content, focus on content ppl want to watch, focus on content ppl want to watch all the way, focus on content ppl want to watch all the way, and then click the next or previous video.

Be undeniable. Make content so valuable that people can't not subscribe. Until then don't focus a much on the subscriber numbers; focus on making your content better... and better... and better. At some point it will just happen.
