I'm on the road to 40 next year and I just changed my habits last Nov2020 to a healthier lifestyle and be the best version for my FAMILY.
Things I do to stay in shape:
- Bodyweight Workouts (Burpee Lover)
- Cycling/MTB
- Breathing Exercise (Wim Hof Method Mostly)
- Eating Plant Based Food (turned vegetarian in Nov2020)
- Stopped alcohol consumption
- Laugh as much as I can LOL
