I need some advice about my channel thumbnails. what should I do to improve my thumbnails so that My channel can attract more views and subscriber

Hey mrinal90! First off, I would say you need text on the thumbnails. Basically that states or gives off a hint of what the video is about. Next I like your chef character in your banner, maybe utilize him more.

Def add some bold text to stand out and maybe try and keep the colours and photos sort of the same ish

My best advice is to do some research on exactly the types of videos you will be making. Like, if you are doing videos about the best vacuum cleaners then do a search on YouTube for 'the best vacuum cleaners.' See what your competition is doing. You need to stand out from them. So yeah, your thumbnails should be 'better.' But standing out can also mean using a different style, different colors, different style imagery or text/no text.
