Question Main keyword for channel or video2

hi Stanley, thanks for the quick reply. So if the channel overall is about, letΓÇÖs say, healthy body, and I have one video about running and one about food. Should 'healthy body' be included in 95% of all main keywords when I use Keyword Explorer? Thanks
