Need Advice Video view counts are dropping

I noticed that my view counts are dropping. I am creating the same type of content and uploading in the same frequency, but my videos that would normally get around 50 to 80 views several months ago now only gets 15 to 30 views at best. Am I doing something wrong and how can I get my view count back up again?

What videos have done well in the past? How long did it take those videos to get their views? Are you comparing videos that took weeks to get views with new videos after a day or two? What did you change? Did you shift thumbnails?

Dig into your analytics. What does it tell you? Is your CTR low? Have your impressions dropped?

This is one of those cases where it is hard for us to answer without seeing the data, but you can dig into the data and make some educated guesses.
