Audio Gear USB-C MIC for smartphone?

Almost any USB mic with a removable cable can use a USB-C cable and work with phones. Bigger brands are more tested - so Shure and RODE tend to work better, but there are lots of off-brands that work fine.

The problem i have, is ill be using a dji osmo 3, and the cable can get in the way, thats what i was trying to avoid
That's true. I have an OSMO 4 I use. The only warning I'd give is that the cable connecting to the mic needs to be long enough for the gimbal to move freely, but not too long as to weigh down the phone. Careful of really stiff cables. You may need to add counterweights to make it stable.

Yea, i found that out recently, hence going to a mini shotgun mic, but time will tell

My wife uses a cheap mic with a USB A connector that she plugs into a USB A-to-C converter, then plugs that into her S21.
