Question Settings - Show/Hide features in browser extention

Just wanted to find out if I should tick the below two settings that are highlighted in green?
What exactly is their function?

The Videolytics and Strategies are going to look like this:

It's going to show you data pertaining to videos from other creators so that you can see their keywords, their ranking for keywords as well as their own best practices and channel details.
