There is no real answer to your question. YouTube says it takes about one month after meeting all of the requirements, however, the process is still manual and that depends on the number of channels in the queue and how much time it takes to review your channel. There are members here that have had it take 9 months or even more. There are others who have seen it happen in as little as 2-3 weeks.
Right now we see to be in a period when it is taking longer than a month.

My experience seems to be unusual... I never applied for monetization, I received an email from YouTube asking if I wanted to be monetized - I accepted.
Please wait and work hard to meet all YouTube requirements to be monetised
It varies, my other channel got approved about a week after applying.
