Need Advice Problem with YouTube Playlist Cards

Help!
I just created several YouTubes with playlist cards to post on my blog Canadian Blogger Tips .

The playlist card works on my YouTube Channel, but it has totally disappeared from the embedded YouTube, and previously, when I was able to see the playlist card, the link resulted in an error page on YouTube.

Is this happening to anyone else?
Any solutions for this?
