would like to ask for a full refund for the licence pro, that I brought from you company on 16th may 2021.
The reason I am requesting a refund is because I only wanted to take a one month license to try.
But it take the 1 years licence who is too expensive for me at the moment.
I've read your terms and conditions and am aware that I am entitled to a full refund in thes circumstances. I attach the receipt of my purchase in this letter as proof that it was purchased from your campany.
