Start with your thumbnails. They matter more than you may realize. You may have to try a couple of different styles and see what makes a difference. I just changed 24 thumbnails out in hopes of an increase for myself. Look at how best to tag your videos and what keywords are useful for your channel. Then lure them in with your thumbnails.
