Hi I started promoting TubeBuddy recently. I was wondering if I find people that already use TubeBuddy for free and I get them to sign up again with a new login via my link and use a paid version of the app... would I get a commission then? or the person that ever referred him to tubebuddy would get a commission?

also how long do affiliate cookies last? for example if a person already used TubeBuddy in the past and they deleted it... if I get them to sign up again and use a paid version of the app, would that make me a commission? if they sign up via my link....or someone who referred them 2 years ago would still make a commission even tho I teach the person to use tubebuddy effectively and strategically etc.

Hi @Filip1995, good questions.

If someone that uses TubeBuddy (free or paid) click your link or upgrade, you will not receive a commission as they have already installed TubeBuddy.

If someone was already using TubeBuddy, and they uninstall TubeBuddy, and sign up again, and upgrade - if they had clicked through an affiliate link originally, then that original affiliate partner will receive credit.

okay I understand. I'm trying to help out youtubers to rank better with their keywords in return to sign up via my link, just starting out, so organic traffic I guess.
