How to get more subscribers?

I need help on how to engage more with my click through views, yes there are a promising amount but I haven't been able to build that relationship with them so any suggestions or tips on how I can work on that?

Relevancy. This is how the complete flow works

1) User Searches a query (eg: air fryer)
2) The most relevant video comes in top list
3) user usually clicks on 1st video and watches
4) user liked the video and subscribed your channel.

What ignited the user to subscribe to your channel?? Yes, it's relevancy was to first to onboard them and then your video quality of course.

2 Factors.
1) Is your title relevant to the content? If yes, don't touch that
2) Have you added all relevant tags?

Search tags very very carefully. it will help you get the impression, then choose nice title and thumbnail to convert those impressions to clicks and maintain content quality to improve retention.
