YouTube Help Unable to Edit YouTube Playlist Title, Description or List of Videos

Hey Guys

Just a quick question, i have recently noticed that the "Edit Pencil Icon" on YouTube playlist is not available (or Not Working) on YouTube. Basically after creating a new playlist, i can't edit the Title, Description, Add/Remove Videos or change the order of the videos.

Does anybody else have experienced the same issue? If so, how to fix this issue?
